Chuka Wabomnor

Chuka Wabomnor is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified fitness trainer and also a chiropractor based in Chicago. He has over 8 years of chiropractic and personal training experience. He believes that to prevent physical ailments, reverse the aging process and live a healthier lifestyle, there is one formula to achieving all that, "Movement". He believes in helping clients to maintain physical, mental, and emotional energy, which is crucial for optimal daily performance in life.

His training style is designed to help clients achieve long term results through safe, progressive, effective and challenging workout sessions. With his extensive knowledge and background in chiropractic and physical training, he specializes in injury prevention and joint stability exercise activities. He specializes in injury prevention and pain-free joint mobility exercise activities  by performing a complete postural analysis and activities of daily living. 

In order for clients to achieve weight loss, improve cardio-vascular conditioning and achieve "pain-free" joint, stability is most important. By focusing on core stabilization activities, all that can be achieved.
